Troubleshoot Adding BSB and Account Number Details

Scenario:  You are having trouble adding a BSB and account number to Client’s profile in Core.. The customer account number is 6 digits and Hapana is not accepting it. The error code is  - value specified is invalid. 

 

Resolution: 

  • Check that the client has contacted their Bank and confirmed that the BSB and Account Number are correct. 

  • Liaise with the payment gateway to confirm that the new details have successfully updated in their system

  • Re-attempt adding the Account number and BSB to the Hapana Core platform.
