Snapshot Asset Transfers Between Accounts

Overview

If you need assets copied (snapshotted) from your GROW template site to one or more subaccounts—or between subaccounts—this must be submitted as a request through the support team.

This article outlines which assets are included and excluded in a standard GROW snapshot.


Included in GROW Snapshots

The following assets are transferred when performing a snapshot:

  • Custom Fields

  • Custom Value Keys (Note: values inside the keys do not get copied)

  • Triggers (All triggers will appear in draft mode in the new location)

  • Trigger Links

  • Surveys

  • Forms

  • SMS Templates

  • Email Templates

  • Reputation SMS

  • Reputation Email

  • Custom Communication Settings for Reputation Management

  • Pipelines

  • Calendars

  • Tags

  • Folders

  • Funnels

  • Review Settings

  • Workflows


Not Included in GROW Snapshots

The following items are not transferred during the snapshot process:

  • Contacts (including smartlists, tasks, and manual actions)

  • Conversations

  • Tracking Codes added to websites or funnels

  • Integrations

  • Users

  • Reporting Data

  • Reputation

  • Brand Boards

  • Custom Value Data (only the keys are copied)

  • Chat Widget Customization

  • Integrated Domains

  • Company Settings inside the Companies Settings tab


Expected Outcome
✅ All supported assets listed under "Included" are successfully copied into the target account(s) in their configured form.
🚫 Any unsupported or excluded data must be manually recreated in the new location.
