No Show Report | Updated April 2025

Overview

Missed sessions aren’t just empty spots on the mat — they’re missed dollars, too. That’s why we’ve upgraded the No Shows Report with three powerful new columns: Revenue, Package Name and Package Type. Now you can track the cost of no-shows, spot booking trends, and get way smarter with scheduling and sales decisions.

What’s New?

You can now:

  • Add Revenue, Package Name, and Package Type columns by hitting Edit Report Settings

  • See those columns right inside the No Shows Report

  • Get the full picture when you export to CSV

Column Logic

Revenue

Breaks down the $$ value of a missed spot:

  • Drop-in: Revenue = Drop-in Rate

  • ClassPass: Revenue = $0

  • Credit Package: Revenue = (package cost ÷ total credits) × credits used.

    • For example: Ty has an active 10 Class Pack on his account that he paid $250 for. At the time of the no show he had used 5 credits of the available 10.
      Revenue = ($250 ÷ 10) x 5.
      Therefore, revenue = $125.

Package Name
Shows the exact name of the pack or membership booked (think “10 Class Pack”, “Gold Membership”, etc.).

Package type
Tells you how the session was booked:

  • Membership

  • Package

  • Drop-in

  • ClassPass = grouped under “Package”

Who is this useful for?

  • Gym owners can finally see missed revenue at a glance

  • Managers can spot underperforming times and adjust schedules

  • Ops teams can track how packages are really doing

  • Membership consultants get real data to back up their pitch

Where to find it?

Navigate to Reports > Client and attendance > No shows > Edit report settings
✅ Tick the boxes for Revenue, Package Name, and Package Type
📄 Export to CSV when you need the data in your hands

Things to keep in mind!

  • The report might load a little slower with all three columns on

  • Revenue accuracy depends on having clean booking date
